| 2 tsp | coconut sugar or soft brown sugar |

| 4 | garlic cloves, crushed |

| ½ tsp | white pepper |
| 100 ml | plant milk, optional |
| 300 g | wholemeal pasta, any shape |
| 1 pack (6) | vegetarian sausages, cooked as per packet instructions |
| 200 g | fresh spinach, washed |
| 100 g | vegan cheese, grated |
| 3 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
| ¼ tsp | paprika |
