| 60 g | porridge oats |
| 180 ml | oat milk |
| 1 tbsp | chia seeds |
| 1 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 1/4 tsp | ground cinnamon |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 | small banana, sliced |
| 30 g | berries |
| 1 tbsp | peanut butter |
