| 1/2 tsp | fine sea salt |
| 400 ml | unsweetened soy milk |
| 120 ml | rapeseed oil |
| 2 tbsp | apple cider vinegar |
| 2 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 240 ml | boiling water |
| 300 g | dark chocolate (70%), chopped |
| 300 ml | coconut cream |
| 2 tbsp | maple syrup |
