Ingredients - Serves 1 jar (≈250 g)

| 60 g | fresh basil, leaves and tender stems |
| 40 g | pine nuts, toasted |
| 30 g | nutritional yeast |
| 2 | garlic cloves |
| 1 | lemon, zest and juice |
| 120 ml | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/2 tsp | fine sea salt |

British cooking note
If your oven runs fan-assisted, drop the temperature by 20°C from the figure given. UK supermarket plant milks vary in fat content - Oatly Barista works particularly well for sauces.
